1.1 Discussion: Defining Organizational Performance
Locate at least two scholarly or trade journal articles that directly address and/or define organizational performance in your own profession, workplace, or area of expertise.
Post a brief summary of each article that that explains its purpose and main findings. Include any definitions or descriptions of organizational performance models of presented in the articles. Each summary should be approximately 2-3 paragraphs. Summaries must contain proper APA citations and references.
In the final paragraph of this discussion, offer your own informed definition of organizational performance as it applies to your own organization, profession, or area of expertise.
