1. Examples from the literature of how the theory has been used.
2. Hypothesis and concrete examples of how application of the theory will change practice.
3. Description of how the theory will be integrated at the institution and how it will be used as a foundation or framework for administration or practice, including process, details, and a variety of involved aspects.
