Benchmark – Critique of Research Studies – Part 3

For Part 3, you will be writing the results, discussion, and global issues sections of your research studies critique. Each critique should be approximately 500 words and address the following points regarding the article being discussed.

Quantitative Results: 

  • Statistical analysis
  • Reliability and validity
  • Interpretation of statistical findings on the hypothesis tested

Qualitative Results:

  • Data analysis
  • Theoretical integrations
  • Interpretation of data and emerging findings

Both critiques should include the following:

  • Discussion on the implications of the research conducted and any new recommendations
  • Global Issues – Presentation, researcher credibility, and summary assessment

When submitting the critique, arrange the elements in the following order: quantitative article critique, qualitative article critique, references (two articles, the text, and any other additional sources).

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
