CLC – EBP Clinical Guideline and Implementation Plan

This is a Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) assignment. 

Based on your group’s research of literature related to your chosen topic, develop a guideline or protocol and consider how to implement an intervention to test the protocol. When developing this protocol, refer back to the foreground question and problem statement initially developed, as well as the research synthesis. Use these components to develop the clinical protocol and the implementation plan.

In a 750-1,000 word paper, describe the clinical protocol your group has developed based on evidence from research findings and present an implementation plan for your clinical protocol along with a timeline and criteria to evaluate its outcomes. Identify potential barriers to implementing this guideline or protocol and describe strategies to gain cooperation from individuals who will be implementing the change. Include the following in your paper:

• Problem statement
• EBP question
• Literature review
• Research synthesis, conclusions, and interpretations
• Clinical protocol
• Implementation plan
• Specific, realistic patient outcomes that can be used to evaluate the clinical guidelines
