The fifth phase of my BPM evaluation

Create a BPM fifth phase of McLane evaluation, include the following items: 

* Review the business process integration and the business process standardization information found in Figure 14.13 and Table 14.2 from your reading.

 * Use this information to categorize where your organization fits.You may choose to re-create a customized Table 14.2 to assist you in this task. 

* Provide your thoughts as to the type of organization you are and the implications as to whether or not your business processes should be standardized. 

* Provide any recommendations for changes you would advise. You are welcome to include other areas or elements in your evaluation that you studied in this week’s readings as well. 

This assignment should be at least 500 words in length, and submitted as a Microsoft Word document.
